Customer project 01
A green machine body with customer-selected equipment
A customer asked us to customise a generator with a green machine body and choose its equipment to suit their requirements. The work went beyond colour: we discussed which functions to include and how the requested configuration should be specified.
Requirements we worked through
- USB outlets and a VFT meter displaying voltage, frequency and running time.
- Electric starting and ATS-related requirements.
- Gasoline/gas dual-fuel options.
- Dual-voltage configurations, and single-/three-phase switching with the same rated output as specified for the project.
- Welding-generator functions.
- Alternator material specifications.
How we handled the choices
We worked with the customer on the requested appearance and equipment choices. For confirmation, we share machine photographs or design drawings, depending on the item being reviewed, and work through requested changes.
These requests describe OEM work across generator configurations. They are not a list of standard features on every inverter model, and they should not be assumed to combine on one machine. The chosen platform, output and final feature combination are confirmed for the project.
Customer project 02
Machine colour, decals and cartons refined through repeated revisions
Another customer asked us to customise the machine colour and help develop the machine decals and carton design. We revised the decal details and dimensions repeatedly in response to their requests.
From the first design to customer confirmation
- Collect the requirements. Discuss the machine colour, brand artwork, decal details, sizes and carton design.
- Prepare the design. Develop the requested artwork and show how it relates to the machine or packaging.
- Work through revisions. Adjust the decal details and size in response to the customer's comments.
- Share for confirmation. Use design drawings or photographs to let the customer check the result and confirm the details.
This kind of back-and-forth is a regular part of our OEM work. It helps the customer see what is being changed and make decisions before the design is finalised.
Support beyond the machine
Promotional artwork and responsive project support
We have also helped a customer create promotional poster artwork. Branding support can therefore include the machine appearance, decals, carton design and agreed promotional materials.

Separate the base machine from the requested options
What is included as standard?
The base configuration is single-phase with recoil starting and basic panel sockets. Inverter generators also include an ECO switch and indicator lights.
Which features are optional?
Electric starting and remote starting are available across the model range. Electric-start versions retain recoil starting. USB outlets, VFT meters (voltage, frequency and running time), ATS, one-touch starting and pull handles are optional; specify the required equipment and combination in your enquiry.
For some volume orders, selected options such as USB or a VFT meter may be included at no extra charge. Inclusion and pricing are confirmed in the quotation.
How are voltage, frequency and phase selected?
220 V or 230 V and 50 Hz or 60 Hz can be specified for the customer. These are order configuration choices, not a statement that every machine switches between them. Where listed, 230/400 V identifies the equal-power three-phase alternator option: single-phase and three-phase operation have the same rated output in that configuration. Confirm the selected output, sockets and phase arrangement in the order specification.
Which documents apply to the final machine?
Our public download is the product catalogue. Final specifications, manuals and even the customer model name depend on the agreed configuration. Use the catalogue model as a starting point, then confirm the order-specific parameters and documentation with us.
