OEM generator order checklist for importers
Prepare model, market, electrical configuration, artwork and document requirements for a VEHEMENT private-label generator quotation.
A useful OEM enquiry identifies the product and the market configuration before artwork is finalised. Use this checklist to make the sample, quotation and production specification refer to the same version.
1. Product and market
- Model or required rated-output range.
- Destination country and intended sales channel.
- Voltage, frequency, phase and socket configuration.
- Starting system and any required accessories.
- Quantity plan and destination port, if known.
2. Branding and packaging
- Logo artwork, preferred colour and label placement.
- Control-panel wording, nameplate and safety-label requirements.
- Carton artwork, barcode and manual language.
- Any limits on carton dimensions or handling weight.

3. Documents and sample approval
Request the datasheet and available documents for the exact model and destination market. Check the sample against a written specification: electrical configuration, appearance, accessories, packaging and labels. Record agreed changes before production.
4. Commercial and after-sales terms
MOQ, production lead time and warranty terms are agreed during quotation according to the model, configuration, order quantity and destination market. Also discuss spare parts, service responsibilities and the documents needed for the order.
